Founder

Engr. Frank Ramos is a visionary man who believes that the growth and success of any company is attributed to the strict adherence of moral and ethical philosophies.

For the past 50 years, he enacted the same guiding principle that helped build the nation. Proudly, the company has contributed to the advancement of the construction industry in the country.

From modest beginnings, Engr. Ramos built the company from the ground up.  And half a century later, FL Ramos Construction Company is still on top of the game. Furthermore, it is forging head-on into a new era with the next generation at the helm.

NINA RAMOS, daughter of Engr. Frank Ramos is the new CEO of the company.  Blessed with not only her father’s genius in construction but also his business acumen.

“Despite being prepared to run the company since childhood, I am still reluctant to take over a business that my dad built all his life,” confesses the younger Ramos. “Plus we have very different management styles. But I am living by the principle that Dad has taught me, that FL Ramos Construction is a company that values hard work and exists to help others .”

Nina is a graduate of Interior Design from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She has more than 40 years of experience and education behind her.
